We have memories of that
stinky,
tight, over processed head we sported in the 80's and 90's and most of us swore
never to ever do that again...although as a hairdresser I can testify to the fact that those same people did do it again and yes, they were sorry...again! Anyway it was the style and when the perm was given
right and on healthy hair the curly perms were very stylish and beautiful!
Perms will return - mark my words!
Although they will be
very soft and give hair the
texture it needs to achieve some of the pretty soft waves that we are seeing these days...For a fabulous
example, Taylor Swifts beautiful hair!
